Hari Raya Celebration 2017

July 6, 2017 – In conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations, we had a potluck gathering in our meeting room after the weekly talk. All lecturers and students gathered to celebrate the festive season, as well as birthday for those born in May and June.
We had abundant food to eat such as keropok, kuih raya, snacks, nasi lemak, ayam masak merah, and drinks. Raya mood instantly kicked-in with the Raya songs
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely wish to all our Muslim fellows, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

Invited speaker from AIMST University - Dr. Choy Ker Woon

January 7, 2019 – We kicked start the year with an insightful talk given by Dr Choy Ker Woon from AIMST University. Dr Woon’s lecture is titled “Pharmacological effects of paeonol against endoplasmic reticulum stress and inflammation-induced endothelial dysfunction”. Dr Woon recently completed her PhD at the University of Malaya and is currently a senior lecturer at AIMST University.
