BERTAM, July 28, 2017 – RN A-Bio Research group of Infectomic Cluster, IPPT, attended 25th Congress of the Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Malaysia, held in Kuala Lumpur recently. IPPT PhD candidate, Ang Kai Cheen, presented her PhD finding in oral presentation entitled “Evaluation of M2/ANXA5 Haplotype as Repeated Spontaneous Abortions Risk Factor in the Malaysian Malay Population”, while their collaborator, Dr Anna Liza Roslani, Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, now at Kuantan Medical Centre, presented a case study entitled “Intervention of Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin in M2/ANXA5 Haplotype Carriers: A Case Report in Pregnancy”.
